| 2. Copyright over all commissioned work is retained by the artist. |
| 3. Refunds are not accepted post completion of the work or after significant progress has been made. |
| 4. Artwork may not be altered digitally, redistributed, traced, sold or used for commercial purposes without prior negotiation with the artist. |
| 5. Artwork may not be used for machine learning algorithms, the generation of AI images, or as training data. |
| 6. The artist’s signature on the work may not be removed/altered or obscured at any time unless negotiated with the artist. |
| 7. The artist reserves the right to display and post all commissioned works on their website and social media unless discussed and stated by the artist. |
